HypnoBirthing Group Classes – Wednesday Evenings

Our Group Class are our most popular option and a great way to learn. Our Group Classes run over five weeks where new concepts are introduced building on the previous week’s knowledge. Our Group Classes are kept small to ensure you get the best support and opportunity to ask the questions you need to.

Your partner and any other support people who will be at your birth are welcome to attend (space permitting). This may include a close family member, friend, doula or student midwife. Please email us to discuss.
